Higham Scarecrow Festival
Come and visit our Higham Scarecrow Festival. Once again the village will be filled with lots of wonderful scarecrows - our theme this year is ‘OUT OF THIS WORLD’. Judging will take place on Saturday 24th August. Trail maps will be on sale at the village hall and at the Padiham end of Higham Hall Road at a cost of £3. Completed maps , when handed in , are put into a draw for a possible prize. There is also a children’s trail to be completed. There will be Morris dancing outside the Four Alls Inn on Sunday as well as a brass band outside church. Also a farmers market outside church on Monday. As always refreshments will be served in the village hall - hot and cold food and drinks. Not forgetting our wonderful second hand book sale in church each day. It’s a wonderful day out and we look forward to welcoming you back once again. Opening times are 11am until 5pm daily
