The Martlesham Heath Aviation Society’s next Monthly Meeting takes place on Friday 5th June 2026 at 7:30 p.m.
We welcome a serving RAF Squadron Leader. He was born locally and spent much of his childhood at Martlesham Heath, so has many happy memories of the place.
So his visit will be even more pleasant for him - as he is also coming to talk about his fascinating Career with the RAF in a talk entitled:
Serving the RAF in the Twilight of the Peace Dividend - My Perspective on New Threats and Modern Challenges.
With 17 years experience as a Royal Air Force Engineer Officer, Squadron Leader Dr. Rich Green presents a series of personal reflections and anecdotes that highlight opportunities and dilemmas as a Serving officer in an increasingly unstable geopolitical and economic world.
