This gentle class is designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. We focus on breathing exercises, poses, and relaxation techniques that can be practiced while seated in a chair. Our class is perfect for anyone wanting to ease into yoga, or those who have difficulty standing for a long period of time.
Our free classes are led by qualified yoga instructors and are a great way to improve mobility, flexibility and strength.
