Creative Arts East bring live event - The Pocket Choral Society
Professional Live Theatre back at Freckenham village hall. A Bill Bailey meets The Archers moment.
With creative Arts East support a fictional village of Pocket comes a new acappella show designed for rural touring,
Combining beautiful harmonies, original music, with much laughter and even some improvised signing sessions, the Pocket Choral Society features four experienced singers blending into one. Singing unamplified the quartet bring their own songs and new arrangements of some well-know numbers from songwriters like Lennon & McCartney, Lou Reed and Tom Waits in an intimate and relaxed way.
There is a shopkeeper, a farmer, a vicar and a publican so a perfect Freckenham village mix, just the shopkeepers only come once a month to the Farmers Market!!
Some of you may recognise Oliver as he came with his band Mumbo Jumbo back in November 2019, so you know you are in for a fun night out.
