Medieval Fayre
Experience vivid displays of daily activities in a 14th century encampment as living history group, The Company of Chivalry, portray life in the 1300s. Visit the medieval encampment with authentic tents and fire pit, and see how people lived and worked whilst on campaign during the 100 years’ war.
There will be a full programme of activities throughout the day including talks and demonstrations of medieval daily life and its people, and a variety of live music. Themed creative activities for children, plus face painting and ‘dressing up’ in medieval costume.
Wander round a variety of artisan craft stalls at your leisure, and enjoy a range of high quality locally sourced hot and cold food and drink.
A perfect family day out at this unique heritage site which dates from 1342. Open 11am to 4pm.
FREE parking at Winterbourne Academy with FREE shuttle buses all day.
