TIFFIELD Open Gardens. Tiffield NN12 8AB Monday 27th May Noon onwards til 1700hrs
Now in its 22nd year Tiffield opens many gardens throughout the village with a mini bus organised to help people get around - one wonderful garden is a mile out of the village.
The gardens range across the whole spectrum from a small (NEW) garden to the larger of the gardens. Walled, by a babbling brook, raised beds, ponds, decking, Oriental designs, a hidden big cat, open visas we have got them all.
Free parking as well. The FREE mini bus stop is right outside the entry/exit to the free car park. Tickets on sale in the Free Car Park and in the Gazebo Village opposite the church. £6 per adult.
Next to the church is the organised food and tea plus public toilet. Scones, Ploughman’s and Cakes.
The local Tiffield pub, The George, serving excellent food and beverages as well.
Some gardens do sell their carefully grown on, in their own back garden, plants complete with advice on how to get the very best from them when you take them home. Also every garden you visit has been a labour of love by the owners and they are there to help you as well to get an idea on how you can utilise their experiences back into your garden.
So view ask advice and go home with wonderful ideas on how you could use those themes to enhance your own pride and joy.
You could go miles to see perhaps better gardens but the grass isn't as green as it is in Tiffield for the range, styles and care that goes into making Tiffield Gardens the very best on the day.
£6 per adult.
