Qigong Craven Arms
Weekly Qigong classes in Craven Arms Shropshire on Wednesday mornings. I teach in the Energy Arts system of Taoist lineage master Bruce Frantzis. My main focus at the Craven Arms classes is on the seven-movement Dragon & Tiger Qigong system. I also teach Tai Chi in Montgomery Powys, as well as Aikido in Chirbury and Whitton.
