Autumn Foraging with Tapas Tasters
Half day foraging course with expert forager Kathryn Clover (as seen on the BBC!). We will be visiting several different habitats, learning to identify edible plants and trees. The focus this season will be on roots, seeds, fruits and nuts. We will enjoy three Tapas style wild Food Tasters along the way,with recipes sent via email afterwards if so desired.
We meet at the Globe and return there afterwards. Parking at the Globe, or nice 20 minute walk along the canal from Leighton Buzzard train station.
