Exploring Repertoire: The Nutcracker
Explore characters and choreography from this Christmas classic, with something for all ages and abilities to enjoy!
During the in person workshops you will uncover characters from the repertoire through dance, mime, music and storytelling. More experienced dancers will be expertly guided through the steps and choreography, rehearsing as if as part of a company corps de ballet.
Each workshop will be led by an experienced dance artist, with live piano accompaniment.
If you are not quite ready to grace the barre in a dance workshop, we invite you to come and enjoy our repertoire themed arts and crafts, a general level yoga session and further festive activities.
Our insightful repertoire days are held once a term. Next up... Exploring Repertoire: Swan Lake on Sunday 5 March 2023, followed by Exploring Repertoire: Cinderella, on Sunday 18 June 2023.
General entry tickets are just £5! Booking a ticket will guarantee you a space, however we will accept walk-ins on the day, subject to availability.
