Make Your Own Wild Kimchi
Learn tne art and science of Lacto-fermentation while making your own Kimchi to take home.
This classic Asian dish Is nutritious and adds depth of umami flavour to foods.
We will be foraging our wild ingredients along the lovely River Ouzel,then returning to base at the Good Life Refill for hot drinks, biscuits and making Kimchis!
