Get your Strictly on and step onto the dance floor to learn two iconic dances of the Jazz Age! Two fun classes in Charleston and Lindy Hop led by master entertainer Simon Selmon and the glamorous Diamond Girls. Discover the secret of must-know steps – think Bees Knees, Windmills and Swing Outs – to shine in the party season! Each 40 minutes class is followed by a fun dance-off and a performance by Simon & the Diamond Girls. A great afternoon for all from 12 to 120!
Charleston is the signature dance of the 1920s, wild and exuberant. Find your inner flapper or sheik and Shake That Thing!
Lindy Hop or Swing is an energetic dance which primarily born out of Harlem ballrooms in the late 1920s & 30s. The dance is free spirited and fun!
No experience necessary or partner required!
