Jim leaves the courtroom and takes us outdoors to demonstrate how forensic science can inform us about the natural world. He will tell us how it is possible to detect the presence of great-crested newts from a tiny drop of pond water or if there is dolphin meat in your tuna sandwich. A truly fascinating night awaits!
