Glen Trothy - Open Garden for NGS
Victorian house (not open) in the Scottish Baronial style, set in mature parkland with a small pinetum and arboretum. The walled garden has been renovated over the past 12yrs, incorporating blue and white herbaceous borders, a rose garden and ornamental vegetable garden with pear tunnel as well as an Italianate loggia.
