The Mass is widely regarded as one of the finest large-scale choral works in the established repertory, combining stunning harmonic and contrapuntal invention with an inherent and deep-rooted spirituality that takes the listener on a musical journey they will never forget.
TPC will be joined by Endelienta Baroque, an ensemble specialising in the performance on historically appropriate instruments. Soloists will include Claire Ward, Sarah Anne Champion, David De Winter and Charles Cunliffe, as well as this year's TPC Choral Scholars. Harry Bradford will conduct.
