Early morning yoga & breakfast on Brownsea Island

Early morning on Brownsea Island is the perfect time to gather your thoughts and find inner calm. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this beautiful location whilst local yoga teacher Sonja Lockyer, guides you through a one-hour yoga session followed by a delicious picnic breakfast prepared by local plant-based chef Wylde Green Kitchen. Afterwards, feel free to stay for a while and savour the moment.
Return boats leave at 10:20, 11:20 & 14:20

£35 includes one hour yoga, breakfast, boat fare and entry fee. The boat departs from Sandbanks (NOT Poole)at 08:00 from the National Trust jetty to the righthand side of the Sandbanks chain ferry. Please allow enough time to park your car and get to the jetty (approx. 10 mins). There is metered roadside parking available on the peninsula. Please note that the car park to the left of the chain ferry is for one hour ONLY.
