Tempsford Museum and Archives Armed Forces Event
Tempsford Museum and Archives - Jointly with the Tempsford Veterans and Relatives Association, will be holding a Two Day Armed Forces event with particular emphasis on the Operations Carried out at RAF Tempsford during WW II. Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd July from 10am till 4pm. Various Stalls and Exhibits throughout both days including the Henlow Signals Museum, The Military Intelligence Museum, The Royal British Legion, The First Aid Nursing Yeomanry, The Army, Navy and Airforce Cadets, SOE Section F- Living History Group, The Ampthill and District Archaeological and Local History Society, The Harrington Aviation Museum, Book Sales, 1940s Singing by Cara Bo, Tempsford Museum and Archives open both days, Army assault Course for the Children and Lots more. There will be Six Speakers over the two days. Bar, Food, Ice Cream and Refreshments Available all day. See our website for more info with list of speakers and talks.
