Make Your Own Wild Kimchi
Meet at lovely Tiddenfoot Waterside Park, where we will forage wild greens and learn about Spring Wild edibles. We'll then take a 20 minute stroll along the canal to our base camp where we'll make wild kimchis to take home.
You'll learn how to Lacto-Ferment wild greens and use Korean spices.
