Britain's What's On Event Guide
Royal Holloway Science Festival
Royal Holloway Science Festival is taking place at our University campus at Egham on Saturday 15 June from 10am-4pm.
This free, family friendly event for all ages offers opportunities for the wider community to engage with science through hands-on activities, displays and talks. No advanced booking required.
Special highlights to look forward to this year include talks on various themes from Magical Maths to Colliding Stars and from Feeding the World to Understanding Human Electronics. We'll be joined by the popular Wiggly Wildshow, and the Gauge One Model Railway Association with their live steam trains, and the National Physical Laboratory.
The programme will offer a wide range of things to see and do to explore science with staff and students from across our science departments, to inspire you and have fun.
Parking on site is free and a wide variety of food and drink will be available to purchase from campus outlets throughout the day.
We invite you to join us for a day of interactive displays and talks from, and for, people with a passion for science.
Talks and activities will run throughout the day, 10am-4pm.
