“…so what is Witchford - Wednesday - Drum Circle?
It is Drumming for Health & Wellness. If you need to unwind, de-stress or, ground yourself in a mindful way then come and drum. Think about this for a moment, rhythm is everywhere,
put your hand on your heart and feel the rhythm of 'your' life!
Take some time out to tune in to yourself, come and drum it's fun, but don’t take my word for it – this is what the participants had to say”
Jo said: “I found the drum circle to be a lovely experience, the combination of drumming with friendly people made it an uplifting experience”
Susan said: “...Initially I was quite sceptical, yet I found when I’m drumming, I seem to be able to relax and concentrate at the same time.
Brenda said: “I love Witchford drum circle, I find it energising and what a great group of people, Steve ( the facilitator ), is so patient and helpful -especially as I’m in my octogenarian years! Drum circle has definitely helped my confidence socialising in a mixed age group”
Emily said: “...for me, drum circle has been a pleasant relaxing escape from a rather chaotic life! And it’s an easy-going fun group, I surprised myself with how much I enjoy it”
Chris said: “...someone mentioned the drum circle to me and I fancied giving it a go, I mentioned it to my husband and we both went, we thoroughly enjoyed it. I would tell anyone to give it a go – you don’t know ‘til you give it a go…”
Drum Circle Facilitator Steve Ball says ...watching the participant's skills and confidence grow week by week has been magical! And for me, that’s really what it’s all about, everyone who comes to the group becomes a regular participant, it works on so many different levels for so many different people.

Children under 16 and/or vulnerable adults must be accompanied by a participating carer or family member.
All drums and percussion are supplied, No previous experience is needed...
