Yoghurt Making Workshop
Join Rachna Jhala, the founder and director of Happy Belly Foods who uses milk from the Bore Place herd to make delicious dairy products. You will learn how to make yoghurt using a starter culture and also learn how to develop your own starter culture. You will of course get the chance to taste the yoghurt and take a pot home with you.
