Your friendly local Chester le Street choir is run by Durham based musician Rob Slater. We support a number of local good causes, raising money and awareness around Durham and as a choir we also join up with other branches of Rock Choir to support national charities such as Sign2sing, British Airways Flying Start and the Edinburgh and London Moonwalk's with flash mobs, fundraising events and gigs.
With no audition process, no need to read music and no pressure to sing live or perform until you're ready, Rob's expert tuition will guide you through our unique arrangements of your favorite pop, Motown and rock hits from the last few decades.
