Ever wondered if there is a 'local ladies choir near me or nearby'?
Your local Torquay choir is run by vocal teacher Richard Toomer. The choir is for all ages and all the local Devon branches of Rock Choir, like ours come together to do incredible events like Flash Mobs and also our numerous Guinness World Record attempts (the choir members have 3 world records!) and community events too like the local Devon music and food festivals.
We attend weekly rehearsals where you learn pop, rock, Motown and every now and again a 'pop gospel' song. You can try a FREE taster session to see to experience the easy going atmosphere and expert vocal tuition. Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
