A Panel Discussion chaired by Jez Pike, Creative Development Manager at Norwich Theatre, featuring local choreographers and dance practitioners.
11.30am: Unwind with Movement - led by Abby Page.
This gentle, and restorative workshop will connect your mind and body, improving overall wellbeing and stress.
12.45pm: Lunch - Bring your own lunch and chat with new friends made.

Let's Move - Norwich - A dance day for over 50's
Find your inner dancer and discover some of the wonderful opportunities in East Anglia, in this accessible participation day. Marking the October Playhouse performance of Home from Home, a new piece of dance created under the artistic direction of Luca Silvestrini (Protein Dance).
Let's move! is a celebration of movement for everyone, blending discussion, Q&A's and practical workshops.
First, you'll hear leading dance practitioners discuss their practice and get an insight into how choreography is created.
A special session of Norwich Theatre's Unwind with Movement programme will then gently warm you up, connecting breath with body and leaving you feeling light and restored.
After lunch you'll then attend a company class with Cadenza Dance, co-creators of Home from Home. You'll experience their empowering approach to creating movement, led by renowned choreographer Laura Anderson.
At the end of the day, there will be the chance to ask questions, connect with dance practitioners and sign-up for future opportunities.
Home from Home is devised and produced by EncoreEast; supported using funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England, co-commissioned by EncoreEast, DanceEast, The Place and Norwich Theatre.
All participants will receive an exclusive discount for the performance of Home from Home at Norwich Playhouse.
