Sing for Wellbeing
Singing has many amazing health benefits including raising endorphins (making you feel happy) and, regulating breathing helping you feel relaxed.
Why not join us in these sessions to feel the happy hormone release and see how singing can help you feel calmer, more focused, and relaxed,? All whilst having a giggle and a natter with new friends.
This is a sociable sing-song and there will be no music to read, no auditions and no pressure or judgement. Whether you think you can sing or not, you are welcome! All the songs will be guided by Katy Bradley so all you have to do is join in if you feel able.
The most important thing in these sessions is that everyone has fun and enjoys themselves so if you love to sing (no matter how you think it sounds), join us and feel the benefits it brings to your own wellbeing.
Children are welcome, Select the Child's entry ticket for all 6 - 16 years old attending. Free entry for little ones under 6 years old - no ticket required. All under 14's must be accompanied by a paying adult.
