River of Light Lantern Parade and Fireworks Display 2024
Join in the fun with a fabulous festive parade in Caerphilly Town Centre, followed by a spectacular fireworks display above the skies of Caerphilly Castle on Saturday 30th November!
This fantastic parade, which is organised by Caerphilly County Borough Council and funded by Caerphilly Town Council, will start from the castle side of Crescent Road, on the grassed area opposite Owain Glyndwr Playing Fields (CF83 1AB) at 5.30pm. The parade will flow through Dafydd Williams Park, to the front of the castle, finishing in The Twyn Car Park ready for the fireworks finale at approximately 6:15pm.
To make a lantern to take part in the parade, why not visit the FREE lantern making workshops! The workshops will take place from 10am until 5pm in The Twyn Community Centre on Saturday 16th, Sunday 17th, Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th November.
