Carols from Derbyshire
Derbyshire Carols at the Glossop Labour Club
North Derbyshire and South Yorkshire have a strong tradition of singing local carols. Many of these carols are unique to that village. We will be singing a selection of these carols, from villages such as Hathersage, Castleton, Foolow, and Eyam. If you are not familiar with this tradition, this is a good chance to hear them – they are great fun to sing.
The event takes place on Friday December 8th, starting at 7.30 pm. There is no charge for admission; we will be asking for donations to charity.
