A Leicester Literary and Philosophical Society Lecture by Sir Nicholas Green: the Rt Hon Lord Justice Green, Former Chairman of the Law Commission for England & Wales (2018 – 2023); Lord Justice of Appeal; President, The Council of the Inns of Court.

The focus of the lecture is upon the role of the judge in Government, based upon Sir Nicholas’s 5 years’ experience as Chairman of the Law Commission of England and Wales, a body at the centre of Government, Whitehall, and Parliament.
