Tuesday Evening Meditation: Silencing the Inner Critic

Many of us have a tendency to be excessively self-critical, with self-doubt and lacking confidence. These debilitating thoughts can affect our relationships, our work and our ability to realise our full potential in life. On this course we will learn how to use meditation to experience the freedom of letting go of self-critical thoughts, self-doubt and feelings of discouragement. Once we have freed ourselves from these negative trains of thought our whole viewpoint will shift and change and we can focus on the more positive and friendly aspects of our nature.

These classes will be taught by Buddhist monk Kelsang Dorchen

These weekly meditation classes include 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching on how to apply the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to busy modern life. The classes are run as courses but you don't need to attend the full course and can just come along to individual classes as you wish.
