Series of Dorset button making workshops
A series of 4 Dorset button making workshops.
The first being an introduction to basic Dorset cross wheel buttons and showing how to change colours.
This is followed by an advanced development of cross wheel work showing how to make patterns and ridges and also how to incorporate beads into button work.
The third workshop is to make a vintage style posy brooch using the cross wheel as a base.
And the final session will be making Dorset Singleton buttons using Liberty fabric.
The tutor, Ros Atkins, will bring her pop up shop along to each session so that you can buy supplies and kits if desired.
