YOUR CHEF
Sareta Puri is a chef, trainer and recipe developer at Made In Hackney. Her food celebrates and centres vegetables in all their glory whilst focussing on seasonality and minimal waste. In 2022 Sareta created the Made In Hackney whole food plant-based burger for Fullers pubs and she currently mentors fledgling community kitchens as part of MIH's Global Plant Kitchens programme.
