Stowey Gardens - Open Garden for NGS
A broad spectrum of interest and styles developing year on year. But there is far more than this in these gardens; the visitor's senses will be aroused by the sights, scents and diversity of these gardens in the tiny, ancient village of Stowey. There are flower-packed beds, borders and pots, roses, topiary, hydrangeas, exotic garden, many unusual trees and shrubs, orchards, vegetables, ponds, specialist sweet peas, lawns, a large rockery bank and a ha-ha. Abundant collections of mature trees and shrubs and ample seating areas, with glorious views from each garden. There is something of interest for everyone, all within a few minutes walk of car park at Dormers.
