Situated at bottom of a close of 10 modern houses, Ty Celyn is a wrap around garden with the Talyllyn steam railway line running along one boundary. Pond with fish and lillies, rose and clematis arch, shrub borders, large cordylines and mature trees, fruit cage and unusual miniature wheeled greenhouse by L.E. Versha based on a Victoria design.
