Beautiful informal garden with ha-ha creating infinity views across ancient parkland. Strong Mediterranean influence with plenty of seating in large paved courtyard under pollarded plane trees. Unusual wall-sheltered group of four venerably gnarled olive trees, figs and vines, then herbaceous borders, tiered lawns merging northwards into woodland garden. Walks through parkland to the River Tas - serene.
