Drum Lampshade Making with Hans Rahn
Make your own bespoke lampshade in an afternoon. By the end of this workshop you will have produced a professionally finished 30 cm diameter Drum Lampshade. The workshop will involve applying a fire retardant backing to your fabric of choice after which you will cut, prepare and apply the shade to a lamp frame. You may even have time to finish with braiding should you wish to so please bring some with you. A step by step sheet will be included for future reference.
You could also book the Cyanotype onto fabric and paper workshop taking place on the same day but in the morning (6th July 2024) and make your very own bespoke design panel to use for this drum lampshade workshop!
