A painting weekend workshop inspired by birds and animals. On this two day weekend workshop We will look at the creative possibilities of using birds and animals as a source of inspiration.
Through a series of structured exercises, we will explore compositional elements and look at ways of placing British wildlife in context. These will provide a basis for each student to develop his or her own ideas with support and guidance from the tutor. The main medium for the course will be acrylics but participants may bring along materials of their choice. The tutor will provide additional materials for some of the preparatory exercises. Home cooked lunch included. The workshop is open to any level of experience. Beginners welcome.
