Britain's What's On Event Guide
'Designing a Country Garden' talk by Jo Ward-Ellison
Jo has designed all sizes and types of gardens, from courtyards to large country gardens. For her own 2-acre plot on Coppett Hill in Goodrich high above the Wye Valley, she wanted to create a garden that would fit into the beautiful natural surroundings and provide interest through all seasons of the year. Jo will describe the design processes that she employed and show how the garden has developed over the years, always with a view to inspiring us to develop our own ideas and plans for our gardens.
After the talk, Q&A and raffle, light refreshments are included, and there'll be time to chat and to browse members' plants for sale.
