Tamworth housebuilder to host Valentine’s dog walk
A housebuilder in Tamworth is inviting members of the community to join a community dog walk with a Valentine’s twist.
On Saturday 17 February, from 12pm-1pm, Redrow Midlands’ Amington Garden Village, on Mercian Way, is inviting local people to take part in a guided dog walk.
Taking on the role of Cupid, the housebuilder is encouraging members of the community – whether that be single humans or furry friends looking for a walking companion – to come along and potentially meet someone who is ‘mutts’ about them.
Led by an expert team of dog walkers from Sue’s Dog Walking, those taking part will be able to meet new people and enjoy exploring the area’s green spaces, starting and ending at the development’s sales office.
Elaine Cartwright, Sales Director at Redrow Midlands, said: “We are delighted to be hosting our community dog walk to bring local people together this Valentine’s weekend.
“Whether it’s you or your pooch looking for love, or whether you just fancy meeting some new people, we’d love to welcome you along for some fresh air and good conversation, all while getting to know your local area a little better.”
