Music Night with The Whiskey River Trio

Martin Blake is well-known all over the country for his wonderful evocative playing of cajun, zydeco, and swamp blues music. Playing on acoustic guitar, and accompanied by some truly talented musicians on bass and fiddle, this is sure to be a great night of musical entertainment.
Ever popular, Martin played to a packed and enthusiastic crowd at Linton Village Hall some years ago, and we are delighted to host Martin and the boys back at Linton for a second time. Playing cajun and blue grass standards, and lesser known, but equally brilliant songs and their own work,
(we have already had requests for 'Maybelline, why won't you be true?' and something about chickens, at home, alone). This is sure to be a foot-stomping, good-time night!

Bring your friends and make a it a night to remember!
If you are unfamiliar with Whiskey River Trio, Check Martins page for clips of Martin and Whiskey River in all its formats playing at festivals, get-togethers and cajun and zydeco gigs all over the country.
