Leicestershire and Rutland Pne Act Play Festival
It’s time for the Leicestershire and Rutland One Act Play Festival. This annual event bringing together the best of local amateur theatre groups performing a one act play.
What are the plays you can see at this year's Leicestershire and Rutland One Act Play Festival? A broad spectrum of plays from drama through to comedy being rehearsed and two original plays. Will you be at the festival to watch some of the best amateur groups at the Little Theatre April 12 -13? The plays this year are: -
Friday evening.
1) ‘Afternoon at the Seaside’ by Agatha Christie. Comedy/melodrama. Whetstone YA. (Young adults) A whimsical tale about an emerald necklace, and the inspector investigating an extraordinary mix of characters to catch the thief

An intriguing drama, More Than Dust written by Melton Mowbray author Andy Longley-Brown, a play that asks the audience.....Is there more to life than this, and at what cost?
