A TALK BY STEVEN ROBINSON entitled THE WORKING WEALDEN WOOD
The Woodland, Flora & Fauna Group, a volunteer organisation dedicated to protecting local countryside and wildlife, invite you to a talk by the Head Ranger of Wakehurst Place's Loder Valley, Steven Robinson.
The talk entitled ‘The Working Wealden Wood’ describes his work overseeing all activities in the beautiful woodland of Loder Valley Nature Reserve and how he ensures it works with nature to remain productive. The 150-acre nature reserve is home to a wide range of plant species as well as dormice, badgers, kingfishers and butterflies, so the woodland's continuing well-being is of great importance. It will immediately follow a brief introduction by The Woodland, Flora & Fauna Group.
Entry is free and all are welcome. There is a car park opposite the building.
