Shiptonthorpe Open Gardens & Flower Festival 'All things Yorkshire'
We are holding our open gardens' weekend on 6th & 7th July, 11am - 5pm and the Flower Festival 'All things Yorkshire' will be in the church. This is our major fundraising event for the church so we'd love people to come along and enjoy looking at the eight gardens, the flower festival and stopping at the village hall for refreshments. The cost is only £5 but if anyone would like to donate any extra at the church, it would be gratefully received. Tickets will be available at the Church, the village hall, the playing fields' car park and at my house Brookside, York Road (next to the traffic lights). The gardens are around the circular village so the distance is just under a mile with the Church at one end and the village hall at the other.
Saturday 6 Jul 2024 and Sunday 7 Jul 2024
All around the village of Shiptonthorpe and in the Church East Yorkshire
11am - 5pm each day with the village hall opening at 11.30am - 4.30pm.The price to see all the gardens is £5 including the flower festival although any donations left at the church will be appreciated.
