Balancing Act - Workshop
Struggling to balance parenting with your professional creative practice? You are not alone!
Join Noah Kilworth, actor/writer and father of twin boys aged 5 for a fun activity-based workshop. Participants will have the opportunity to use drama games and exercises to explore thoughts and feelings relating to both the challenges and joys of working in the arts and parenting.
Workshop includes:
- Drama games for building group cohesion, energising and focusing and promoting trust and problem-solving.
- Drama exercises to explore narrative.
- Creating and performing short scenes to explore narrative.
- Workshop summarise/reflections
- Free childcare for the duration of the Workshop led by Worcester Theatres Youth Tutors
The workshop aims to work as creatively and actively as possible and participants can practice skills and techniques in a safe environment.
