Beginner's Drawing Workshop

If you have never even picked up a pencil with the intention to draw, or if you enjoy drawing but want to learn some skills to help you develop, this could be the workshop for you. Focusing on basic drawing techniques such as line and shading; looking at how to depict depth, shape, and texture; as well as how to use observation skills and your imagination, Annie will help remove the fear of a blank sheet of paper and start you on your drawing journey.
Using a number of different media, and learning various simple techniques, you will build up your skills to produce a finished still life image by the end of the day.
Annie has a degree in illustration, specialising in children’s book illustration, and currently works as a muralist, window artist, fine artist, and illustrator. She has been teaching art to adults and children for the past twenty years.
