Heritage Open Days: Family Fun Day
Join us on Saturday 14th of September, as we throw open our doors and celebrate Heritage Open Days with an extra special family fun day!
There will be a variety of activities for all ages in the barn, where you can learn to make paper, or build machines with our cogs and gears! The Lune Valley Beekeepers will also be on hand, and you can join Di Larfynn from Stomping Ground for some campfire fun and snacks!
Heidi the sheep and Lakeland Farmer Pat will also venture down from the Lakeland fells to graze and proudly show off their quintuplet lambs nestled in a beautiful old-fashioned pram, and there will also be two special timed tours taking place in the mill at 11.30 and 2.00pm!
Cakes and biscuits will be available to buy – all freshly made by our team of volunteers!
