Songs of Stage and Screen, presented by Thanet Festival Choir
Join Thanet Festival Choir for a summer selection of favourites from the Golden Age of Musical Theatre – My Fair Lady, The Sound of Music, West Side Story, Oliver! and many others, including works by Cole Porter, Jerome Kern, Stephen Sondheim and Andrew Lloyd Webber. There will be lots of familiar tunes to enjoy in our lovely, light-hearted programme, perfect for a summer evening.
The Choir will be accompanied by Stefan Catto on the piano and Chris Hall on percussion, conducted as usual by our Music Director, Clifford Lister.
Wine and soft drinks will be available to purchase in the cafe area after the concert.
