Climate and Nature Hustings 2024
Gedling Climate Change Group, in partnership with The Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust, is hosting a Climate and Nature Hustings; a free event to listen to and ask questions to each political party on climate and nature.
About the event
The General Election is coming!
Do you want to know what each party has to say on climate and nature? Have you got your own questions about the climate emergency that you need to get answered? Come along to this FREE event and let's get some answers!
So far we have CONFIRMED attendance from:
The Green Party - Dominic Berry
Labour - Michael Payne
Reform UK - Simon Christy
Conservatives - Tom Randell
Lib Dems - Tad Jones
This will be a chaired event with set questions. However, there will also be opportunity for you to submit your own questions to the party representatives.
Light refreshments will be available. We encourage you to bring your own reusable cup if possible.
If you can't make it in person, we will also be streaming the event to our YouTube channel. We want as many people to be able to get involved as possible!
