We’re thrilled to be hosting the third annual Write on Comedy Book Festival from mid-day on Saturday 22nd June until 3pm.
Write On Comedy is an independent association of writers on comedy and comedians and people connected with comedy who write… in all sorts of genres.
Entry to the event is FREE with your standard Museum entry charge. Adult tickets are £6.50 and children go free.

Is the author of The Parade’s Gone By: Everyday Life in Britain in the Twentieth Century, and Keeping Quiet: Visual Comedy in the Age of Sound.
Steve Nallon
Is a star of Spitting Image, and will be signing his two Swidgers novel for Young Adults: The Time That Never Was, and The Time They Saved Tomorrow.
Tony Nicholson
Is the author of Shut That Door: The Definitive Biography of Larry Grayson, The Squire of Knotty Ash and his Lady: An intimate biography of Sir Ken Dodd.
Gemma Ross & Robert Ross are the founding members of Write On Comedy and will be signing books on such diverse subjects as The Carry On Girls, Marty Feldman, and Last of the Summer Wine.
