Acro Jam Workshop and Artist Shadowing with Revel Puck Circus
Training for circus and movement artists will offer a valuable insight to the day-to-day work of a circus artist.
Participants will join an Acro Jam, led by the RPC professional artists, learning to lunge, work in teams and safely develop movement and group acrobatic skills.
There will be a Q&A with the RPC artists and an opportunity to meet the team from Crying Out Loud who are working across the Solent to support artists. Participants will shadow the RPC artists as they attend show notes, warm ups and presets before you attend The Nose Dive Assembly show.
Suitability: Age 18+ with a commitment to developing skills. Some experience of physical movement training in dance, gymnastics or circus skills
