Enjoy 250 acres of ‘Capability’ Brown parkland and Edwardian gardens and refreshments in Gatton Hall tea room. Wellbeing coach Theresa Jauregui will be offering mindful yoga sessions on the lawns. Suitable for beginners and the more experienced who want to enjoy yoga in a beautiful setting. Theresa will also be giving tips on positive ageing. Yoga sessions charged separately on the day. 12-5pm. Online booking at www.gattonpark.co.uk £6 adults, children go free (payment on the day £7.50).
