Britain's What's On Event Guide
O’Hooley & Tidow + Angeline Morrison & The Sorrow Songs Band
Described by the Independent as ‘defiant, robust, northern, poetical, political folk music for the times we live in.’, O’Hooley & Tidow require little further introduction. Known for their exceptional songwriting and close harmonies, they were gracing festival stages long before they were thrust into the limelight for penning the theme tune to TV drama, Gentleman Jack. We look forward to welcoming them back.
Folk singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Angeline Morrison is joined by Cohen Braithwaite Kilcoyne, Hamilton Gross and Clarke Camilleri, bringing us music from their award winning album, ‘The Sorrow Songs: Folk Songs of Black British Experience’.
